    The session includes a full acupuncture treatment, and may also incorporate additional supportive techniques such as cupping, gua sha, tui na, and Reiki, depending on your individual needs.

  • Follow-up sessions are focused on continuing your treatment plan and supporting your progress over time.

    Each visit includes a brief check-in to assess changes, followed by an acupuncture treatment tailored to your current needs. These sessions build on previous treatments to help regulate the nervous system, reduce symptoms, and promote long-term balance.

    Consistency is key, and regular sessions often lead to the best results.
