Most people find acupuncture to be very gentle and relaxing. The needles are extremely thin, and you may feel a slight sensation as they are inserted, followed by a feeling of heaviness, warmth, or relaxation.
-
Acupuncture is commonly used to support:
stress and anxiety
chronic pain
headaches and migraines
sleep issues
digestive concerns
hormonal balance
It works by supporting the body’s natural ability to regulate and heal.
-
This varies depending on your condition and goals. Some people feel relief after one session, while others benefit from a series of treatments for longer-term support.
-
In addition to acupuncture, treatments may include:
cupping
gua sha
tui na
moxibustion
reiki
herbal and lifestyle recommendations
Each session is personalized based on your needs. We will decide together what is most appropriate for your goals and comfort level.

Many people feel deeply relaxed after acupuncture. You may notice improved sleep, reduced tension, or a sense of calm. It’s best to drink water, rest if needed, and allow your body time to integrate the treatment.
